Hello
I would like to create a new project DYNAMICS 365 FO , but only Microssoft Dynamics NAV is aivalable.

Maybe someone know how to bypass the issue?

Looks like something on the Microsoft side is not correct assuming you have D365 F&O as I confirm it's there for me.

1.LCS is provided to customers and partners as part of their support plans. If you are a customer of the latest version of Dynamics 365 Finance and Operations apps, you can sign in using Microsoft Azure Active Directory (Azure AD) credentials.
2. Users can access Microsoft Dynamics Lifecyle Services (LCS) using the latest versions of the following commonly used browsers: Microsoft Edge, Google Chrome, Apple Safari.
3. Check that you purchased the applicable FO licenses. Please check the license requirements for creating projects in LCS: Multiple LCS projects and environments on one Azure AD tenant - Finance & Operations | Dynamics 365 | Microsoft Learn
