I am studying the D365FO - Payroll module, can anyone let me know how does system calculate the "Federal Income Tax" for an employee?
I want to setup the personal income tax follow my country rule, where can I do this?

Yes, I am trying to find the work around to setup for VNM - PIT rule.
But I must understand how does system work first.
I did study the MS doc but haven't found the answer yet.

Thank you for the question - I would first ask when you mention 'country' rule, are you attempting to implement in a country other than the US (which would be an unsupported setup)?
