CRM 2015 - service activty - calendar (does nothing when click on)

Hi Everyone,

I have CRM 2015, under service activity and inside calendar, I use to be able to click on the calendar and it would open up with details, but no longer.  Anyone help me how do I go about troubleshooting this?

    I would suggest you try this on different browsers and/or in incognito session with different accounts if possible to rule out this is not an issue with just one browser and also to rule out its not a caching issue.

    If the issue still persists after the above check, you could open the dev tool by pressing F12 and refresh the page and click on the activity again and see if any error is logged on the dev console.

    Hi Kokulan,

    Thanks for the respond.

    I've tried google chrome, ie, edge, and firefox all doing the same thing.

    I think this happen after I've install CRM update 0.3 kb4490493 (for CRM 2015)

    Anyone else having issue after the update?
