sanScript library error in integration manager

We are in the process of migrating GP into a cloud based environment.  Part of the migration includes a simple Cash Receipt integration built with IM.  The source is a text file.  The destination is the cash receipt screen using the standard GP Adapter.  The datasource connects properly and can preview data.  That said, when run we receive the following error.

Could not locate the Integration Manager sanScript library.

The only reference to the error that I can find on-line is from 2009/GP10.  It references uninstalling and tinkering with the registry.  The only other resolution is to recreate the integration.
Given that these resolutions are dated and perhaps specific to GP10, has anyone encountered the error more recently and how have you addressed it.

Look forward to a response.

I am not an expert on Integration Manager, but live and breath Dexterity and the sanScript language.

If you can't find another solution, I know we could implement this integration using GP Power Tools.

Let me know if you need more info, or look at the GPPT Portal: https://WinthropDC.com/GPPT

As it says, try reinstalling, as you are changing your environment so may be this will fix your issue.

    Hi,
One thing that could trigger this error message is also the fact that the IM.DIC file was not properly installed in the GP program folder..
Please check your DYNAMICS.SET file for the product 105 (usually in the top 5 rows).

The other issues could be a badly registered DLL of IM.. try running a repair or re-install IM as suggested by others.
I guess you've already gone thru the usual KB articles from Microsoft : Errors when you run an integration - Dynamics GP | Microsoft Learn
