Workflows and dialog triggers

I am not sure if this is possible  I have a work around already in mind but its sloppy. I am setting up a dialog which asks our users question like

"Is there going to be further interaction with this contact" with a two option response yes or no.

If the user responded with yes I would then like it to open another entity for them to complete a setup to have further conversation with the contact. But I dont know how or if possible to query the response of the dialog . I know I can do something like this but it does not give me the option of only running if they click yes.

My second option is making the dialog update a field and having it kick off another dialog or workflow

    Hi FireInc,

The CRM Dialog has feature to show and get Prompt and Response page, which is, yes you can have page to show Two Option Response yes or No.

Then, Dialog also have feature for conditional logic, if yes then do this, if not then do this or do nothing.

"If the user responded with yes I would then like it to open another entity for them to complete a setup to have further conversation with the contact. But I dont know how or if possible to query the response of the dialog ."

Yes, you can query the response as well.

You can get the Yes/No Answer:

    See this example:

    dialog2.png

"I know I can do something like this but it does not give me the option of only running if they click yes. "

    Yes, it is possible.

If you see my first example, if Yes, then further interaction, if No then Stop the Dialog, simple to do nothing.

Then, just refer to this link to make your dialog more powerful and beautiful

    Hope it helps!

    Thank you.
