Printing MPOS Receipt via EPSON TM-T20II

Dears,

I'm printing MPOS Receipt via EPSON TM-T20II, when I configure the printer in the hardware profile as windows driver, the receipt barcode is not readable (its readable if the receipt was printed as PDF). So, I changed the configuration in the hardware profile to OPOS and downloaded the latest available version of EPSON OPOS driver for the printer, the barcode is fine now but the Arabic letters is not printing correctly via OPOS.

if you can help me with a solution for any of the two option will be much appreciated.

Regards,

Ahmad

    HI,

What about print it from "Device"?

I suggest you log service request to double check with Microsoft support team for it.

    Hi Wang,

    Thanks for your reply,

I already did that and saved it to PDF and it's working fine that way.
