The Export to Excel Button Disappeared or is Disabled!

Hi. A client just advised us that they cannot export anymore the views (the excel button disappeared) and the Advanced Finds (the button is disabled). I logged in as sys admin and I have the same problem. It is a CRM 2013 on site. Does anyone encountered this type of issue?

    The client installed this morning the Update Rollup 3 for Microsoft Dynamics CRM 2013 Service Pack 1

    Hello Costin,

    Please check whether the 'Export to Excel' under Privacy related Privileges is disabled.

    Settings > Administration > Security Roles >  

    Refer the link below.

    Thanks, Manoj. It wasn't that (we checked first time). Our engineers (great work guys) found that after the upgrade the URL Rewrite Rules in IIS were corrupted (missing). No the buttons are back in the forms.

    Hello Swap, as was explained by Costin, you need to go to the IIS Admin tool and check that the URL rewrites are correctly configured.
