Post assembly orders with negative or zero item quantity in BOM level?

While assembling a product we found out that the assembly BOM raw material in the system is zero, hence in the item card of the particular Raw material I changed the options "Prevent Negative Inventory" as "NO".

Even after this I am not able to assemble the product. What is the way to post the assembly order if one of the assembly BOM item stock is finished.

    The solution I received in previous suggested answer is to allow invoicing with negative inventory but I need to assemble with negative inventory not to invoice.
