Please assist, I am getting this error all of a sudden and I have no idea why. My email was working fine and then just stopped

Hi Thanks, for your reply, however the issue was that Gmail mail servers only allow 500 outgoing emails per day. Once you hit the limit your account is locked for sending for 24 hours.
There are 2 possibilities,
1) The email address you entered does not match anything in Exchange
2) You are using AutoDiscovery and that is failing. In this case you can disable AutoDiscovery and test using Exchange web service.

If you using email router , login to the server which you have Email router installed click on sync again , it would sync all crm enabled account again with crm
If you couldnt find your account in the list , means you have changed your setting and the way of sync on CRM
go back to crm and open your user account in crm , click on mail box and make sure your sync incomming / outgoing been set for email router ,

Please check mailbox setting ,Incoming email status and out going email status should be successful.
if not then select applicable synchronization method and click on Text and enable mail box.
