Unable to upgrade to Microsoft Dynamics GP 2010sp 4 to GP2013

Hello,

When I want to upgrade to Microsoft dynamics GP 2010 sp4 to Microsoft dynamics 2013 it gives me this error  "There was a problem ascertaining the product version information. Microsoft Dynamics GP utilities will now exist. Please check  the duninstall.log file for more information".

Please how do I rectify this error.

I need help.

    Hi  FUNMILAYO,

    If you install Service Pack 4 for Microsoft Dynamics GP 2010, you cannot upgrade to Microsoft Dynamics GP 2013 until the release of the US Payroll Year End Update in Mid-November.

    Yes....speaking from experience, check the duinstall.log and it will tell you that the product 0 is unable to upgrade to the version you are trying to.  You cannot just upgrade to the most current version.  If you are using a Year End Payroll version, you must wait until the next in the path you are using is released.
