HI All,

kindly let me know in UAT server we are getting error in SSRS reports 

the underlying connection was closed a connection that was expected to be kept alive was closed by the server...

what is the reason? How to resolve this issue

Please give me the suggestion.

    I understand Nikoloas,

    Its happening with all reports.  I tested later.

    I already google it and found diff diff answers...

    I posted because, expect to got the exact solution to resolve this issue..

    It's in UAT server. Client wants me to give solution asap.

    I got 2 kinds of error while running SSRS reports...

    1. the underlying connection was closed a connection that was expected to be kept alive was closed by the server

    2. remote server could not connect

    Kindly help me on this.

    What options you tried so far ? Did you check the  event logs ? When any report  successfully ran  in that environment ? what changes have been made in that environment ? You have check all these things first. Also whaeve option you get after searching on the web , did you try those ?

    Thanks Sukrut,

    Actully through Citrix I login in to Dynamics AX UAT server. It's not RDP access. So, I can't login in UAT machine directly.

    Shall I ask to give me RDP access for UAT server?

    Please give me more she'd on this

    You need RDP access to the AOS server as well as the SSRS server. Or you need help from someone who has access. You can't troubleshoot server issues if you only have access to the application.

    Indeed you need sever access to troubleshoot such a issues.

    I told him to give me RDP access  for SERVER...

    Kindly let me know which exact areas I need to analyse  to get resolve...

    I still suggest you read the discussions and articles that you found using the web search. There are multiple possible explanations so you must investigate multiple things. I'm sure you can figure it out!
