After post statement , it does not create Sales order for carry out method

Dear Experts,

After calculate and post statement, it does not create Sales order for carry out method.

This is my sale on CPOS, but on there is no Invoice on posted statement and Sales order for this customer.

Could anyone please help to advice?

    Hi Thungo,

    After-sales in CPOS, go to commerce HQ, Statement, and click on new - transaction posting. Here select the store for which the transaction should be posted.

    This step will create a sales order.

    Hope this solves your problem.

    Hi,

    Thank for your reply.

    For my case, i checked and found that i have to run "Validate store transactions" batch job, only if the sales transactions have status "Successful" can be create as Sales order.
