Marketing Page - Multiple Form, One Submit Button

Hi Guys, 

I have a case, to get related contact from landing Page. e.g

On the landing page we have these bunch of Data that we want to collect 

  • Name
  • Email
  • Phone Number
  • Mother Name
  • Mother Age

I want to create 2 contacts and make a relationship between those 2 contacts as Son and Mom, when he submit a Marketing Form (landing Page).

The problem is : if i put 2 landing page on 1 marketing form, there will be a 2 submit button.

Please advise,

    Hi June,

    OOB you cannot create multiple contacts from a single form.  My suggestion would be to create the son as the contact, add the mother's information to the son's contact form (or another entity of your choice) and then create a workflow to run and create the mother as a contact and setup the relationship between the records.

    Thanks for your Quick Response,

    So what you mean is we create a custom fields on Contact's Entity (e.g mother's name, mother's age) since I dont see how to add Fields from another entity (e.g Family's Entity) to the Form except (Contacts and Leads).

    And then use work-flow to create another contact based on these informations ?
