We are using Dynamics GP 2013. Can anyone suggest how we can charge our customers for ACA? We are looking to use a percentage. Is it easiest to just create a "tax" code for it? Any other suggestions?

I would suggest you consult with your attorney and local statutes before passing on fees to cover ACA. Here are a few reasons why.
