device is windows mobile 6.1 classic CE OS 5.2.20758 (Build 20758.1.4.1) on a Motorola MC55
device is what your tech installed on, and the problem is not the device but something in the code I fear, I can replicate the search bug, but have no time since now im 2 days late on this inventory work.
Each time I go to work with this device/app I get problems and I'm just wondering If there isn't a less costly / headache giving solution.
about your queue, I don't think that a reception desk that can't transfer you to a queue is a good business model, I was told they are all busy , call volume is high we had a problem of some sort and it will take a while for you to get anyone.
I know apps are not perfect, I use another company transfer app, and I have missing items with it, but I can manage this.
now as far as this app, yes we got the mobile suite, but not using any other module then inventory and transfer out... (partner oversold us on this) however, the lack of KB, FAQ , Support on your site, brings me down to my knees every time something happens., this time it's a "No permission to use module" or something error. know i'm sure a level 1 tech , receptionist, or anyone with a few months experience at newest could of told me a quick fix, but I fear I couldn't have that ;)
I use same procedure then other store, so this means there's some kind of in between management / permission app that needs to be installed ? your tech didn't install anything in other store, so I may be wrong,
tried user 1 / no password and my userid /password as admin as well.
there are no docs / install / readme's included then the license number I already had in there, so I can't go any further then basic trouble shooting, also no docs on site, etc.
only a Call us number, which in every situation stalls me for a few hours,
Would you be able to call me in morning @10am flush with a tech ?
