Hi,

The problem is that the XML feeds from Floatrates.com, which could be used in connection with D365 Business central. This has been stopped working in the last couple of months. For example, the USD XML feed (http://www.floatrates.com/daily/usd.xml), was last updated on May 22, 2022.

When we tried to contact their support, we just got an error message as you can see mentioned below the screen print.

There are no other contact details on their website either.

Is anyone else also facing the similar problem?

Thank You.

    Hi,

We are also using the same API, but seems that we not crossed 200 requested, and still we are using, but this is the new thing to know that nothing is Free in this world.

So I think now you have to buy this service, also we have to be prepared for it.

    :)

    Hi Nitin,

We are just trying to take support from the floatrate site, We just want to ask some queries using the support functionalities over their website. And we are doing this only the first time and we faced the error. Above mentioned screen print of the error which we are facing on the Support center page on their website.

We followed the above screen print steps for taking the support.

Can you please elaborate that which 200 requests you were talking about here?

    Thank You.
