Purchase requisition status approved but green sign is missing and Prchase requisition not showing in Release approved purchase requisition

After approval Purchase requisition status approved but green sign is missing. Due to this reason purchase requisition not showing in Release approved purchase requisition and i am not able to create Purchase Order

from PR.

    Which version are you using?

    There are several similar bugs in LCS. Did you check them?
