Hello,
Is it possible to setup default freight accounts based on a customer or customer class? I tried looking around but it seems like only one default freight account can be assigned. If it is not possible to setup the default, what solutions do you recommend?

Hi Jack,
Thanks for the question. The only place where you can specify the freight account in GP is in Posting Setup (Tools - Setup - Posting - Posting Accounts). The freight account can't be specified at either the customer or customer class level.
