We are using a PowerApp and really wanted to maintain the use of MS Iconography. I cannot find SVG version of the MS icons they currently provide in Dynamics to download anywhere. Does anyone know where I could find these?

There is no documented way to download these icons. These icons could change in a future release too.
What you can try to do is to load a Dynamics 365 app in Unified Interface page that contains your desired icons and then use the "Save page as..." feature of your browser to download all the page elements, including SVG files, to a local folder of your computer.
