310Hello, I am trying to achieve the following:
I have a Competitor in the system and a Lost Opportunity with the name of the Competitor entered on Close Opportunity Form.
I am trying to link the Lost Opportunity to the Competitor. I can do it manually by going in the Competitor and Add Existing Opportunity etc etc....
I have created a custom View which shows the Opportunities where Competitor Contains Data.
1st issue: How do I add the name of the Competitor in that view. I added the "Name" and "Competitor" field but cannot see the name. I have already created N:1 relationship between Opportunity and Competitor.
2nd issue: Is there any easy way of linking the opportunity to the Competitor? Business rules or Workflow?
Even when doing it manually, I am not able to enforce the above View when user clicks on search. It always opens with some other view and then user needs to select the above view manually.
