In task list you can assign new tasks to anyone but you only see your tasks. Is there some way I can see all open tasks and user ID?

Tim is correct and you can also use the following script in SQL to view all the records:
select * from dynamics..sy01403

In SmartList Builder, create a new SmartList based on the User Tasks table.

Hi Robert,
In Great Plains you are not able to view all tasks for all user ID. You can only see your own tasks.
