Please can someone assist me in advising on how to delete posted sales shipments on a sales order in order to delete a sales order.
Access the posted sales shipment and find the undo shipment button: thatnavguy.wordpress.com/.../
Our version is not showing undo shipment button.
Where can I select the setup for undo shipment in BC
The undo shipment button is in the ribbon on the lines subform.
I am not seeing the undo button

You have already Posted the Sales Invoice related to the Posted Sales Shipment. You cannot undo shipment if you have invoiced. You can go to the Posted Sales Invoice and perform a Correct to record a Credit Memo against the Invoice and reverse the shipment.
