Is it possible to edit the Settings area to show custom web resource, entity view,etc.
What are the possible modifications that can be done to the Settings area.
Hello,
I believe you can do pretty much any kind of modification. The trick here is to use XrmToolbox's SiteMap editor plugin and modify the "Default" sitemap. I was able to add entity (Account) and Custom HtmlWebresource to the sitemap:

Yes, you can do any of your apps just open your app go to your site area and do the modification for your reference please find the below screenshot.
