Failed to sign in to remote assist on android device with company account

Hi everyone,

I have trouble with signing in to my remote assist application on my android device.

On January this year this has worked, but now, there is just a black screen after I click on "log in" button.

My license is not expired.

Do you when what the problem can be?

    Hi Mara

    Can you please try uninstalling and then reinstalling the app. 

    Let us know the outcome and then we can provide further troubleshooting steps if there's still an issue.

    Hi Ryan, thanks for the fats reply. I have already do so. But nothing changes. I tried to login with my personal account, and that works well. I guess it is a restriciton that my admin set on to my company account. Could that be?
