I have trouble with signing in to my remote assist application on my android device.
On January this year this has worked, but now, there is just a black screen after I click on "log in" button.
My license is not expired.
Do you when what the problem can be?

Hi Ryan, thanks for the fats reply. I have already do so. But nothing changes. I tried to login with my personal account, and that works well. I guess it is a restriciton that my admin set on to my company account. Could that be?
