Hi Folks,

I work as a Support Engineer for Dynamics 365 CRM, so I am quite familiar with the application, navigation. I am Looking for Dynamics 365 CRM: Functional Consultant profile. What are the prerequisites for the same. 

I never worked on Development, so should I go for learning C# and JS first, or should I go for something else.

Kindly guide me.
