After downloading D365FO VM from LCS and followed these instructions

I'm still facing the error
aadsts700016: application with identifier '39afe962-aa83-407c-b357-12fe395d00' was not found in the directory ''. this can happen if the application has not been installed by the administrator of the tenant or consented to by any user in the tenant. you may have sent your authentication request to the wrong tenant.
any help please.

yes i followed these instructions
after running the provisioning tool and provide my email (the same on azure) I open the link
usnconeboxax1aos.cloud.onebox.dynamics.com/
and type the email and password then the error pops up.
I figured out the issue, i was using the email i looged in to azure portal with it and it was live.com account.
you should use the email attached to your tenant and you can edit that email as you like.
