Hi,

I'm trying to create a flow with Power Automate. Basically what I want to do is: when a worker is created on D365 HR, a bookable resource will be created in D365 PSA. Currently, I'm using a trial version. For now, the first thing I'm trying to do is: when a worker is created, I'll receive an email. However, this flow never runs, and I've created a lot of workers.

Anyone knows why is this happening?

Hi Ana,

when you run the workflow, what does it say? You can test the workflow before. Also, is the TestDrive the same environment as PSA?

Hello,

That connector you are using is for the CDS entity, have you turned on the HR to CDS integration on your enviroment.

I will suggest using the Dynamics 365 connector and use the when a new record is created on the workers entity instead.

2. When you create new worker, have you verified if record also sync to CDS entity?

I turned on CDS integration on HR on my environment and now it works.

It is called "When a row is added, modified or deleted" and event type is Added.
