Hello,

Please help me to understand why I cannot create in LCS a D365 SCM project even if the customer bought in NCE/CSP 20 full D365 SCM licenses + 5 attached D365 F&O licenses. The below error appears:

You do not meet the minimum license requirements

You do not meet the required license minimums to create an implementation project. You must meet the minimum purchase requirement of at least 20 seats per implementation project.

Hello,

You do not have to create a new Implementation project as the account used in purchasing the license automatically would have that project created.

Two things, the customer logs on to LCS and add you to the already existing project, or you get that account details and logon.
