Hi,
I would like to ask Is there a way to make the columns of sales order or purchase order to appear by default when I create a new user who will be working in my company in Navision 2018?
Thank you!
Josh,
I am not a developer but I know that if you alter the Page for the Sales Line (Subform), per pic you show, you can set the columns the way you want for all users. Then it is up to each user to personalize if they want.
Here is a link about Rows and Columns : docs.microsoft.com/.../how-to--arrange-fields-in-rows-and-columns-using-the-gridlayout-control
I am sure other developers in the Forum will chime in.
Hope this helps.
Thanks,
Steve
Changes in the DEV client to pages count as a baseline. Existing users have personalisation on top - stored in the user personalisation table. You can configure the profile as a baseline as well. Removes the need to develop. In some cases I’ve seen a well configured profile given to a collection of users in the same department. Makes it easier for users to help one another with system queries as the pages all the look the same for everyone. It is possible to disable personalisation at profile level
