Suggestion would be
1) Just create an online version of D365 and practice it since you are new to D365 it will be useful for you to understand the online.
2)Download the SDk
I think the best way to download the Dynamics CRM 365 V9 SDK is using Windows Powershell. Please refer below link for detailed instructions.
