Error on close: libgcc_s_sjlj-1.dll missing

Hi,

We are running Microsoft Dynamics 2013 on a Server 2008 terminal server. In the last day, when users have exited from the system, they are getting the following error:

Dexform: Dynamics.exe - System Error

The program can't start because libgcc_s_sjlj-1.dll is missing from your computer.  Try reinstalling the program to fix this problem.

The folks who support/manage Great Plains have performed a re-install, but the error still comes up. I am hoping someone here can shed some light on this issue? Everything search I do for this file tends to mention that it is part of a C++ development library, and there are a lot of references to MinGW, which appears to be a Windows environment for C++ development. I can't find anything about this file in relation to Great Plains (or Dynamics) specifically.
