Hi, As far as I know, there is no way in standard....

As you know, when you click this button, Microsoft provides a warning that we can't open it again.

Josh,

After you Close an Accounting Period you cannot undo this Close process. In fact, their is no reason too. You are into the new Year and the old Year is closed, If you make an entry, with a Posting Date in the old Year, like a Tax Entry, you just need to run the Close Income Statement to move the entries Income Statement effect to Retained Earnings.
