    Hi Leo Liu,

Here are the documentation instructions for activating security for the fields:

I didn't find where to set the field security, I would appreciate it if you could explain.

However, you can adjust the Column Security Profiles in the settings to unlock them for specific roles.

    Hi,

Did you find any answer to your question? I also have the same problem. No matter how I set up the email, I get the error:
The attribute 'Email' cannot be used because it has additional security applied on it. In the customer journey

    Hi,

Is there any solution to this yet? I have tried to give rights via Column Security Profiles without success.
Problem is when we try to add a field in email. In Outbound messaging area this can be done.
