Suppress Payroll information on GL Detailed TB by Period

Hello,

I need to suppress the employee name (originating trx name) on the detailed trial balance by period for any payroll accounts. I do still need the data for all of the other accounts.

Please advise. I am sure I saw this once a long time ago.

Susan,

I am trying for the opposite. Our Trial Balance (Detail) right now does not capture employees' details such as name or even ID number. Only thing that appears is the Audit Trial, although the individual amounts are reflected, there are no matching employee names. Are employees names already set to appear on the TB for payroll?
