Customer Combiner raises DBMS 245

We are trying to combine two customers into one using the Customer Combiner feature of the Professional Services Tools Library.

When we run the combine we receive the following error messages:

 3326.CustomerCombine-Error2.JPG

We are running GP 2010 SP2 (11.00.1935) and version 11.0.13 of the PSTL.

Any help would be appreciated.

Thank you

RE: Customer Combiner raises DBMS 245

I have received several errors when trying to combine customers when there are eXtender records on the customer card.  Same number and everything.  My test company does not have the error either.

Was someone able to verify if this was an AA issue or a bug with the PSTL tool? I have a customer receiving the same message. I tested this using the same PSTL version  but am on a newer version  of GP (customer is on 11.00.2197) my GP version 11.00.2292 I do not receive the error.  I do not have AA installed and am checking with the customer to see if they have it installed.

Wondering if this was ever verified.

I was not able to find this wrote up as a bug. The cases that I do see all reference AA. Is AA installed? Can you remove it and try the process again?

Thank you for the response. Do you you know if there is a timeframe for resolution?

    Thank you,

    Hi Nicholas,

This is a bug where in process is trying to convert string "CARGIL003" to Integer.
