Cannot Uninstall Project Service Solution

Hi,

I am trying to delete project service solution by following steps provided in the below link.

https://community.dynamics.com/crm/f/117/t/200815

Getting below error while deleting the managed solution.

sdkmessageprocessingstep With Id = 3fe984c6-b033-e711-80f5-c4346bac4e40 Does Not Exist

    Hi Karthick Palanisamy ,

    Please disable all the Plugin steps, which are related to Project Service Plugin and then try to delete the Project Service solution.

    Hi Inogic,

    I did unregister all the plugins related to project service.

    Still getting the above error.

    Is there anything else I need to do?

    Hi Karthick,

    This error happens due to dependencies on any other component. Here the other component is a plugin registration step.

    You could perform a dependency tracking to find this dependency of the solution.

    PSA can be removed from M365 v9:
