Has anyone come across this one before? I recently set up the add-in for a client who wants to implement some templates. When I copied my sample invoice over and removed and added the source from their system using the xml, I get a blank list of fields.

I have also experienced this when other instances of MS Word are open.
Close all instances of MS Word and re-launch the Word Form Template to edit.
See if the field list then appears.
Yes, I was able to resolve this by uninstalling the Microsoft Dynamics GP Add-in for Word from my PC.
Then I rebooted my PC and cleared the Temp directory.
Then I reinstalled the Microsoft Dynamics GP Add-in for Word from the GP 2013 DVD media.
When I reopened my Word templates, the fields appeared again.
Oh and to further add - I did look at the xml and it does have data in it.
