How to add all product attributes in one custom lookup?

Hi all, I want to add these 5 attributes of products in one lookup, where the end-user can select any attribute from the lookup.
Kindly help by giving suggestions.

Do you want to show all available attributes for every product? Or all available attributes for specific product?
