Hi,
I activated the Dynamics 365 app (not the Client) for Outlook for my client. After a while he notices that Telephone numbers are missing of a number of contacts in Outlook. These contacts have not been actively synced or imported in CRM. And it seems to happen with contacts without an e-mailaddress.
We're wondering if it's the Dynamics 365 app that causes this problem. Does anybody has experienced this before?
