Outlook will not open if you try to send a file from Adobe Acrobat with the CRM Plugin loaded. If the CRM Plugin is not loaded, Outlook will open to send the PDF. If Outlook is opened when you try to send the file from Acrobat, the draft email will open as well. Is this a potentially known bug?
Outlook 2010 (online mode) and CRM 2013 with Adobe Acrobat XI on Citrix.
Any ideas?
