Could somebody send me the link on how to download and replace with existing RMS? Also, if information on how to transfer data from RMS to AX Retail Essential 2012 would help. I am performing the test so even if it breaks, it should be fine.

There's a ton of stuff on TechNet about setup and implantation of Retail Essentials, and migrating RMS customers to this new product.

Most of us have been waiting patiently for a few years now. AX 2012 R3 gets released around May 1st so maybe we will know something in a few days. There is supposed to be a scaled down version of AX 2012 for Retail R3 called Retail Essentials that is most likely the replacement for RMS. No official word yet though.
