While trying to update our Dynamics 365 to V9 we received an error. I set up a sandbox for a separate tenant that I work with earlier today and did not have an issue. We received the below response to our help desk ticket and I'm confused and wanted to know if this is the case for anyone else:
This is an email from Microsoft Dynamics 365 Concierge Team.
This is regarding your case 30126-6583522 : Dynamics 365 has an update available but we get an error when we try to schedule the update.
We were not able to reach you again. We have left a voice message and would like to update you that the V9.0 Customer driven update are not opened up yet for customers to schedule from Admin center. Tentative timeline is December. Let us know if you need any further details from us else we will go ahead and close the case as the information is provided. Thank you!

No idea where they left a voice message but beyond that I hadn't herd anyone else say they couldn't update. Any insight?
