Hide/show sub-grid button

Hi folks,
I want to hide/show the sub-grid button based the user from which team he is belonging. I'm using powerfx for this function, can anyone help me out with this scenario!!!
For your info:  Button name = Display
sub-grid entity = contact (present in account)
Team = Dev team
