Can On Premise download and install Project Service Automation

Afternoon All,

We have recently updated our Dynamics On Premise (non IFD) to the latest version and latest updates.

I've been asked to implement Project and can see that Dynamics Online has Project Service Automation to install at an additional cost.

Can this be utilised on premise? As I can't figure out how this would download to us. The Dynamics Marketplace button in service doesn't work and has never worked, so not sure if it is supposed to be here.

No it cannot:

for Field Service it is, but not PSA sorry

This a shame! Microsoft dropped the ball on this one I think. Hopefully there are plans to rectify this in the near future.

Looks like Microsoft is putting more on and more pressure for organizations to move to the online version!

This is not the only feature that is only available in Dynamics 365 Online. If you check the following article, you will see a long list of Dynamics CRM Online only features including Field Service and Project Services and also Customer Insights, Cognitive Services, Gamification and many more.
