Adaptive Card Not Showing on Outlook

I made Adaptive Card from https://adaptivecards.io/designer/

I am sending the cards via Microsoft Power Automate. However, I am facing an issue: when I send the Adaptive Card to my own ID (where the sender and receiver are the same), it works properly. But when I send it to a third person, it shows "No preview available."

I am using a script in the body of the Automate trigger to send an email via Outlook.

When I Send it to my own id:

When I send it to another user:

Additionally, I've tried all versions for Adaptive cards. Currently I'm using version 1.0.

I have the same question (0)

    Hi,
Their could be multiple reason but are you able to view any other adaptive card

    1. Verify that the recipient’s email client (Outlook, Teams) supports Adaptive Cards.
    2. Ensure that permissions are set correctly for external recipients.
    3. Update the Adaptive Card version to the latest version (e.g., 1.2 or 1.3).
    4. Check that the script and Adaptive Card JSON are correctly formatted.
    5. Test with Teams to determine if the issue is specific to Outlook.

    Thanks
    Ramesh

It's by design (I.e. to avoid spam), you need to have your adaptive card approved before you can send it outside your own tenant.
I have't personally done it, since most of my work is inside my own tenant, but Tomasz Poszytek wrote a pretty good article about it: https://poszytek.eu/en/microsoft-en/office-365-en/powerautomate-en/adaptive-cards-in-outlook-ultimate-guide/

Since you’ve brought up an issue with an Adaptive Card not showing in Microsoft Outlook, and given your previous queries about DHS data, Yinson Holdings Berhad, Fez’s ambience, clarinet theft, and Eklund’s playoff team, I’ll assume this is a new technical query unrelated to the prior topics unless you specify otherwise.
