Site Builder: Is it possible to create order templates for users/ customers?

As a B2B user, I know it's possible to create order templates when you log in to one's account.

As an admin of an organization hierarchy, is it possible to create order templates for the users in your organization?

Likewise, as a company transitioning to D365, is it possible to create order templates for all customers? The idea being that it would be an easier transition for customers to start using D365 Commerce.

    Hi.  I have heard that  "order template sharing" is on the roadmap.  Hopefully more will be shared when the 2022 Wave 2.

    Thank you for your question.

    Indeed, many companies would like to share order template with all customers, and allow an admin of the organizational hierarchy to share templates with the users in their organizations. We are actively looking into providing such functionality. It is not committed yet to a specific timeframe, but it is definetely on our radar and something that we agree is important for B2B organizations.

    Kurt, just a quick note that it is not a part of official 2022 Wave 2 commitment, but it is, indeed, on a roadmap and is pretty high on the priority list.

    There is the 'on behalf of' functionality coming, which should allow a HQ user to login to the website and perform all the same tasks as a customer user. Thus would be able to create order templates. As stated above though, the sharing facility is not scheduled for a release.
