Hi, has anyone else had issues installing this integration package from AppSource?
I have successfully installed the Channel Integration Framework package, but whenever I try to install the RingCentral for D365 app, it doesn't even get as far as allowing me to choose an environment, and rather unhelpfully just says "There was a problem installing your app Submit a support request"
I have submitted a support request with MS and RingCentral, but both are saying it is the other company's problem!
Just wondered if I missed something
