Display plugin errors in portal for contact entity of Activate and Deactivate OOB's

I have added  activate and deactivate OOB's on web form in portal through basic form in CRM . Onclick of those buttons the functionality is working good but for some contacts we have some custom logic plugins which throws an error .we are able to see the exception message in plugin trace log but not on Portal UI . I have gone through Microsoft doc https://learn.microsoft.com/en-us/power-pages/admin/view-portal-error-log#display-plugin-error , here they have mentioned about “Site/EnableCustomPluginError” , I have tried that but still we are unable to show for OOB activate and deactivate button. Please if anyone knows about this or worked on this please let me know . If it is not working for others also @microsoft should implement this feature and release it ASAP ,so that user of dynamics 365 Crm can go with product usage very well.

    Hi Partner,
Did you wait a while to refresh the portal before testing it?
Any change done for a configuration record would be automatically available on the website within 15 minutes.

--Power Pages connects to Dataverse utilizing a server to server (S2S) connection.
