    Hello again Talib,

Everything looks good.  On the Load, simply delete the line with 0 work created quantity and refresh. The Load status should change to 'Loaded'.  From there you can confirm the Outbound shipment.

    Hi Danny365

    Good day

    1. I have created transfer order   TO-100000906 and system created shipment SHIP-000287 & LOAD-000287
      1. system created work ID on basis of POOL ID
      2. all the order picker they picked their items.
      3. work status of   TO-100000906 is closed or canceled.
    2. all picked items has been packed and containerization at packing station like p1,p2 or p3pastedimage1641371920106v2.png2. No more pending at packing station. all the items have been packed and status of the conainers are also closed and they are loaded into truckpastedimage1641372119491v3.pngpastedimage1641372184094v4.png

    pastedimage1641372566371v7.png

I checked load headers, it is showing in process and all the work 100% completed as you mentioned above i should check load lines one by one and quantity and work created quantity should be = and i found below error.

RE: Error "quantity cannot be picked because inventory transaction with status on order, reserved ordered or reserved physically are insufficient"

    Hello Again Talib,

You can't confirm because the status is "In process", not "Loaded".   Can you check the Load Lines and make sure that the values for the fields "Quantity" and "Work Created Quantity" are the same for each individual lines.  If not, correct the Quantity value to equal the Work Created Quantity value and refresh the page and verify that the Status is "Loaded"

If that does nothing, we are still getting somewhere. Same message but it points you to a specific line on your TO (#273).  You can focus on that line and see what the discrepancy might be.   On the TO, what is the status of the Inventory transaction for line #273 (same as your print screen of 3 jan)?

Do you have any Open containers at the packing station?  Are all the closed containers released?

When you initiated this post, the error occured when you were loading LP CON000001174. Can you check if there is any open work for that LP?

The transaction is picked (not the transaction that the system is looking for).  My guess is that your Truck location has a Location Type that is defined as the Final Shipping Location in the Warehouse Parameters:

    pastedimage1641226545349v1.png

That Transfer Order has a Shipment ID and a Load ID (from TO click on either of these buttons)

    pastedimage1641226667024v2.png

If your Load status is <Loaded> and 100% work completed, there is no more work required. Just just need to confirm the outbound shipment:

    pastedimage1641226773753v3.png

If that is so, then it looks to me like you do not need your mobile device menu item to load the containers in the truck.  If you want to achieve a behavior that requires loading, then you will need to review your setups around the packing station.

    Hope that helps!

    Hi Danny365

You need to go to the Order (in this case the Transfer Order) and from the line click on the menu <Inventory> and select <Transactions>.  What is the transactions status for that line?  Below is the status of the line

    Hello Talib,

The system is talking to you; it is looking for a specific inventory status and can't find it.  You need to go to the Order (in this case the Transfer Order) and from the line click on the menu <Inventory> and select <Transactions>.  What is the transactions status for that line?
