Using Fabrikam Theme Modules in Adventure works

Hello Community, 

I am having a hard time finding this information, so i come to the community for help. I am currently building a clients website using the AdventureWorks theme with some customization for brand themeing. There are some modules styling and themeing in the fabrikam that I am trying to use, but can not figure out how to implement them. 

For example, we much rather have the Fabrikam media gallery with the smaller thumbnails, than the AW Media Gallery. I have tried moving around classes and even deleting the AW extension in the styles, but nothing seems to work. 

Any help would be appreciated.

    Thank you for the reply. However, Im not sure if I follow. I understand the core of how to extend views on modules which in thie case with the AW theme, there is a module view for media gallery which adds additional formatting to get the AW version of Media Gallery, so in theory if I delete said view extension is should default to the Farbrikam version correct? Or am I misunderstanding
